Damaged or Quality-Compromised Items
If your order arrives damaged or the quality appears compromised, contact our customer care team immediately.
Once verified, you will receive a store credit equal to the item’s value, which can be used toward your next purchase.

Exceptions & Conditions
• Sale or clearance items are non-exchangeable.
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all exchange requests.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been processed. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and our Exchange Policy will apply instead.
In certain cases, Lux & More reserves the right to cancel orders — for example, if:
• The product is out of stock,
• The item doesn’t meet our quality standards, or
• The payment is declined by your financial institution.
For cancelled orders, we will issue a credit note or discount code instead of a refund.
